This template is used to mark citations to retracted works.
Using
Smith, J. (2008). "Foobar." ''Journal of Barfoo''. '''5''':12. {{retracted}}
gives
- Smith, J. (2008). "Foobar." Journal of Barfoo. 5:12. (Umaknjeno)
If the retracted article is intended to be cited, for example while discussing the role of the publication in a controversy, then use
{{retracted|intentional=yes}}
which gives
- Smith, J. (2008). "Foobar." Journal of Barfoo. 5:12. (Umaknjeno)
If it's not intended to be cited, then confirm that the publication has actually been retracted. If it has not, remove the retracted template. If it has been retracted, the citation should be removed per WP:RS, and the content of the article updated accordingly.
If a link to the retraction is desired, you can use
Smith, J. (2008). "Foobar." ''Journal of Barfoo''. '''5''':12. {{retracted|PMID 21685368|intentional=yes}}
which gives
- Smith, J. (2008). "Foobar." Journal of Barfoo. 5:12. (Umaknjeno, glej PMID 21685368)
However, you can also do something like

which gives

Do not use this template in the fields of citation templates such as Slog Navajanja 1 and Slog Navajanja 2, as the HTML markup will be rendered in the metadata for that field. Example:

Pages containing this template will be placed in the category Kategorija:Članki, ki se sklicujejo na umaknjene publikacije, unless the citations are marked as intentional. Ideally this category should be empty.
