==When to use==

Use this template to indicate that there are currently zero [[WP:Inline citation|inline citations]] in the article. For articles with both inline citations and a list of [[WP:CITE#General_reference|general references]], use {{tl|more footnotes}} instead. For articles that do not contain general references, but which need a greater number of citations, use {{tl|refimprove}}.
